Code § 35-42-1-1 (Burns Repl. 1979), at the Conclusion of a jury trial in St. Joseph Circuit Court on July 22, 1980. Appellant Hoskins was sentenced to two consecutive terms of sixty (60) years imprisonment. This appeal arises from those convictions and sentences.
